The story of Villa Storia and Smolići village is truly an old Istrian fairy tale that begins on a narrow forest path, a dead-end street that leads to the small, ancient village. All that a rural region can provide is located in one place - here in Smolići - vineyards and olive groves, old stone houses, stone walls of gray stone, pine wood… Further view extends toward the old town of Labin, on the hill and surrounded by green hillsides that overlook the sea. On the other side there is an open sea view to the Kvarner islands of Cres and Losinj.

The house itself has 185m2. Ground floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom, while on the upper floor there is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. The whole top floor is covered in hardwood parquet, giving the whole area of additional warmth and even stronger connection with nature that surrounds the house. Every guest will be pleasantly surprised finding a relax room and Finnish sauna, which are also inside the villa. A romantic soul will enjoy almost unreal canopy with dining area, surrounded by curtains that only partially separates this space from the same fairy-tale magic exterior, a garden with a swimming pool, sun deck and a fireplace.

This is a place where you can literally hear the silence, interrupted only by the chirping of birds. Almost surreal, given that you are only half a mile from the lively old town of Labin and a little more than a mile from the summer crowds of the tourist resort Rabac.
